Called Speed Taxi from my hotel at 6am — car arrived in 7 minutes. Driver spoke a bit of English and the fare was exactly what dispatch quoted. Very reliable.
Good service overall. Driver was polite but didn't use the meter — I had to agree the price first. 700 Lek from Blloku to the bus terminal.
Used them three times during my stay. Consistent, clean cars, no issues. Would recommend to other travelers.
Waited 25 minutes on a Saturday night. When the car finally came it was fine, but dispatch could be more accurate with wait times.
